I care about the success of your clinic because I care about your patients.

I believe a clinic must operate in excellence to give patients the highest level of care possible.  As a doctor, your main focus is on the health and wellbeing of your patient, but your focus can be divided if your clinic isn’t running efficiently due to disorganized systems or poor customer service.  This is why I founded Inspired Practice Strategies.

With over ten years of experience guiding clinics to success, I have witnessed clinic leaders struggle when their practices lack foundational systems for organization and efficiency.  I have seen how these challenges negatively impact a patient’s experience and ultimately, their care.  But we can prevent this!  I have the experience, knowledge and skills to make any clinic successful.  Inspired Practice Strategies will support and equip you and your team with proven tools and resources that will empower them to work efficiently and at their highest potential as they interact with your patients.  We will work together to transform your practice and produce phenomenal outcomes for your clinic.  I would be honored to have the privilege of walking this journey with you.

Why Your Care Matters to Me

Before I made the decision to start Inspired Practice Strategies, I planned on becoming a Naturopathic Doctor.  In fact, I was only two prerequisite classes away from joining the ND program.  You might ask, “Why is this important?”  I want you to know that I care about people and their health, just as much as you do.

When I worked the front desk at medical offices, I gave every patient that walked in the best experience and care I could give them.  I understood the value of every patient that walked through the front door.  Likewise, every patient that walks through your clinic doors is worthy of respect and should be given the highest level of care possible – from the minute they walk in to the minute they leave.  Every interaction they have within your clinic can make or break their overall experience.  These impressions collectively determine whether they will continue entrusting you with their care, or seek it elsewhere. 

Your clinic matters to me because of the patients who come through your doors.  If you feel like your patients are satisfied overall, we can work together to ensure that they remain satisfied.  If you feel like having satisfied patients and efficient processes is a distant dream, we can work together to get you where you need to be.

In addition to my consulting services, I offer a robust online course called The Inspired University, which identifies what I believe are the 4 pillars of a solid clinic.  It focuses on building and strengthening these areas:  your front desk, patient care coordinator, marketing, and leadership.  

This course is a compilation of hundreds of hours of research and 14 years of my personal experience, containing proven methods for optimizing your clinic.
